With 16 editions done, the Spain Expofair has for many years been a qualitative and leading value within the range of the main second home exhibitions.
The focus of this specialised Spain property fair is mainly on the legal and fiscal aspects of a purchase in Spain, with the participation of estate agents and property developers with solid experience.
The legal seminars will be given by the Sirejacob Legal & Tax team, lawyers & advisers who have assisted already more than 3.000 buyers with the transfer of a property in the various regions of Spain. This transfer can be a purchase, a sale, a donation or the inheritance of a second residence in Spain.
In between the exhibitors and seminars, you can enjoy Spanish tappas and fine wine.
